Armor Trails Mastiffs
DEPOSIT AGREEMENT
The following agreement is between Kara Seiffert, of Armor Trails Mastiffs, hereafter referred to as "Breeder" and_______________________________________________________________),
  hereafter referred to as "Buyer" for the sale and purchase of one purebred dog of the Mastiff breed.
No verbal agreements will be entered into.

                      This agreement is for one SHOW / PET (circle one) quality purebred mastiff.

                      Desired Color(s): ____________________________ Desired Sex_____________________

               Purchase price of $ ___________________   is agreed to be paid from the Buyer to the Breeder.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 has been made on (date) _____________Check #________.

               If the breeder is unable to fulfill the the buyers desired quality, color and sex, the full deposit will be refunded.
I have read the complete PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT  provided on the breeders web site, and agree to all it's conditions.
